Dress Code Policy
At Salt Creek Golf Links, we strive to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere that reflects the traditions of the game while ensuring all golfers feel comfortable during their visit. Members and guests are encouraged to wear neat and appropriate golf attire while on the course and within clubhouse areas.
Recommended attire includes:
- Golf shorts are permitted (minimum 5″ inseam)
- Golf skirts are permitted (up to 1″ above the knee)
- Golf shirts with collars are preferred; mock neck shirts are acceptable
- Sleeveless golf shirts for ladies are permitted; tank tops are not permitted
- Soft spike golf shoes or soft-soled footwear are required

Rain Check Policy
Rain checks may be issued in the event of inclement weather that prevents golfers from completing their round. Rain checks are calculated based on the original green fee paid and the number of holes remaining at the time play is discontinued. Credits may be redeemed during a future visit to Salt Creek Golf Links.
Please note that rain checks are not issued for circumstances including, but not limited to, slow play, personal schedule conflicts, personal commitments, or incomplete rounds due to darkness.
Example:
- Green Fee Paid: $25 for 18 holes
- Per Hole Rate: $25 ÷ 18 holes = $1.39 per hole
- Round Stopped After 12 Holes Due to Weather
- Remaining Credit: 6 holes × $1.39 = $8.34 Rain Check Credit
Cancellation Policy
To help accommodate all golfers wishing to enjoy a round at Salt Creek Golf Links, we kindly ask that cancellations be communicated within the following timeframes whenever possible:
- Up to 4 players: Minimum 12 hours notice
- Groups of 5–12 players: Minimum 24 hours notice
- Groups of 13 or more players: Minimum 48 hours notice
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding, as advance notice helps us better manage tee time availability for all guests.

Course Closing Time
Course closing times vary depending on daylight hours, weather conditions, and the number of golfers remaining on the course. Generally, the course closes at dark, during extreme weather conditions, or once the final group has completed their round — whichever occurs first.
If golfers are expected to complete their round before darkness, tee times and cart rentals may still be permitted later in the day. For safety reasons, however, we strongly encourage all players to finish their rounds and exit the course before dark to help prevent accidents or injuries.
Our lounge typically remains open unless fewer than 12 golfers remain on the course, and the Pro Shop will remain open until all groups have completed their rounds.
Group Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve group bookings of 9 or more golfers. For Salt Creek Golf Links members, a credit card is required for group bookings of 13 or more golfers. This policy helps us better manage tee time availability and accommodate all guests fairly throughout the golf season.
Outside Alcohol Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on Salt Creek Golf Links property. As a licensed facility, Salt Creek Golf Links must comply with all applicable liquor licensing regulations.
Any outside alcohol brought onto the property will be confiscated and disposed of immediately. Failure to comply with this policy may result in golfers being asked to leave the premises without refund.
